Jeffrey Winsauer, PhD, MD, Lac, CLC was recently featured in Our Milky Way – the blog of Healthy Children Project’s Center for Breastfeeding. After completing the Lactation Counselor Training Course (LCTC), he firmly feels that the information would benefit anyone.
As a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and with a specialty in women’s health, Winsauer helps to relieve pain and discomfort during pregnancy with strategies such as acupuncture. In the postpartum period, he helps mothers replenish their Yin, Blood, and Qi using traditional Chinese recipes.
